Short answer: White Musk and Summer Swing use the same ingredient list. Both contain fragrance, so read the list below before you buy.
Ingredients (both White Musk and Summer Swing)
Aqua (Water), Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, Parfum (Fragrance), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol.
This is the list printed on the Sélia packaging, in the usual INCI naming.
What each ingredient is
- Aqua (Water): the base of the formula.
- Propylene Glycol: a common cosmetic ingredient used as a solvent and to help hold moisture.
- Polysorbate 80: an emulsifier that helps oils and water mix, so the fragrance stays evenly dissolved.
- Parfum (Fragrance): the scent. The individual fragrance components are not listed separately.
- Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract: an extract of the aloe vera leaf.
- Panthenol: a form of provitamin B5 used in skin care.
- Phenoxyethanol: a preservative that helps keep the product from spoiling.
Alcohol free
The packaging is labelled alcohol free, and the list above contains no ethanol. Alcohol free does not mean a product cannot irritate anyone. Fragrance and propylene glycol can cause reactions in some people.
Before you use it
Sensitivities differ from person to person. If you know you react to fragrance or any ingredient above, skip the product. Stop using it if irritation occurs. See how to use Sélia for directions.
